Join Our Client's Team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to support a dynamic team in the building and construction industry? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Office Assistant to help streamline operations and enhance productivity.

What You'll Do

As their Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the MD and senior leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:

Support to the MD
  • Manage complex calendars and diary schedules
  • Arrange national and international travel
  • Coordinate key meetings and create agendas
Office Assistant Duties
  • Maintain a welcoming office environment
  • Act as a friendly point of contact for visitors and inquiries
  • Support internal meetings with room setup and refreshments
  • Assist with general administrative tasks across departments
