Overview

We have in a new role for a resourceful and adaptable Personal Assistant (with exceptional PowerPoint skills) to the CEO and Founder of a market-leading media company, specialising within the PR and communications sector.

This CEO needs a highly intuitive right-hand aide, capable of planning and thinking two steps ahead every day. The role can be hybrid but should mirror the CEO's time in the office (typically Monday – Thursday). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to take the initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. They will need to excel at managing competing priorities and working under pressure, whilst maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

The successful candidate must have the confidence and communication skills required to work at CEO level, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and staff alike, as motivating those around you is critical to the role, acting with discretion and confidentiality at all times.

The role demands someone who can operate with a fair, responsible, ethical and commercially sound approach.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel.

Based: City & WFH
