Salary: Up to £40,000 FTE ( £19.24ph ). Location: Felixstowe.
Full‑time equivalent 30 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, site‑based. Term‑time plus one additional week. Temporary role until April, possibly ongoing.

Pure are delighted to supporting an education trust with the recruitment of an experienced PA to the Headmaster.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the school and the efficient day‑to‑day management of the Headteacher's office.
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff and external agencies, handling communications with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity.
- Take responsibility for key administrative areas, including:
- Attendance monitoring
- HR administration (cover, minutes, policy management)
- Website updates
- Basic financial and ordering tasks
- General administration as directed by the Headteacher
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems.
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work calmly under pressure.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting school leadership.
Desirable
- Experience working within an educational setting.
- Knowledge of school attendance systems, HR procedures, or finance software.
- Understanding of safeguarding and data protection principles.
