We have an excellent opportunity available for someone who wants to enhance and develop their PA skills. The role is a band 4 Care Group PA role supporting a passionate team of Senior Management. The administrative team is small and works together to provide that flawless support to Senior Management, and it would be great to have you as part of the team.

Overview

We are part of East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 695,000 people. Responsibilities

The core focus of the role is providing meeting support to the Care Group; this includes preparing agendas, taking live minutes, coordinating the action log and ensuring follow-up within the required timeframe. Providing meeting support will give you insight into the day-to-day running of the Care Group, help you understand business needs and provide the administrative support required by our busy Care Group.

In addition to meeting support, you will be dealing with Business World, Health Roster, setting up WebEx, managing inboxes, diary management, and formatting documents.
