The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide first-class support to a busy and growing team — including Managing Director, Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless organisation and communication across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, multi‑leg international travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
  • Process and reconcile expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce contacts and client information to the highest standard.
  • Oversee complex diary management across global regions, balancing priorities and anticipating scheduling needs.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and logistical support to ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
