PA to Partner and Team | Leading Property firm | 12 month FTC

Our client, a leading commercial property firm is seeking an organised, proactive and engaged PA to support a Senior Partner and assist the wider team. This role is well suited to a dynamic PA who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and likes a varied role. Some finance admin exposure is also really beneficial for this particular role as there is an element of invoicing and billing work involved. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate internal/external meetings.
  • Arrange client events, lunches, dinners and seminars.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support across teams, including travel booking and inbox management.
  • Maintain electronic filing and support onboarding of new starters.
  • Assist with scanning, photocopying, binding and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Circulate internal team communications.
Financial Administration
  • Support fee forecasting, invoicing and monthly reconciliations.
  • Track project expenses and raise purchase orders.
  • Submit team expenses.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven PA or Team Assistant experience.
  • Strong financial administration skills, especially invoicing.
  • Confident using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a busy environment.
