Temporary Personal Assistant

North Bristol

Temporary with a view to Go Permanent for the Right candidate

35-40 Hours Monday -Friday

Hybrid 3 days in the office.

Pay Rate is £18.00ph

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated PA / Business Support professional to join our clients growing team. This is your chance to work at the heart of a dynamic business, collaborating closely with colleagues across business support functions.

If you’re proactive, confident, and ready to take initiative this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering top tier PA / Business Support to senior Directors and their leadership team
  • Managing complex diaries and email inboxes
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings (on site & off site)
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Processing expenses
  • Organising staff meetings, conferences, and team events
  • Setting agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office abilities (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) plus working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Exceptional diary management and attention to detail
  • Experience meeting tight deadlines in a busy environment
  • Willingness to travel within the UK (around one overnight stay per month)
