• You must hold a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Essential to hold level 5 qualification (HND or Foundation Degree).
• Membership with relevant professional bodies is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive a culture of health and safety expectations.
• Manage the HSE team and educate on best practices.
• Provide monthly HSE performance reports.
• Develop and implement tailored health and safety policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
• Coordinate health and safety training programs.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and standards.
• Lead incident investigations and prevent future occurrences.

Skills

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification

Level 5 qualification (HND/Foundation Degree)

Membership with relevant professional bodies (IOSH)

Experience in a manufacturing environment
