A leading water utility company in Aylesbury is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee the operation of sewage treatment works and manage a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management within the utility sector, a strong focus on health and safety, and financial management skills. We are looking for a Performance Manager to join Thames Water permanently.
You will be working across the geographical area of Aylesbury - HP19 8RT, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works, along with managing a small multi-skilled team of up to 12 technicians.
Location - Aylesbury - HP19 8RT
You will operate out of the main site at Aylesbury but will visit other sites, making a driving licence and car ownership essential as you will need to travel throughout your working week.
You will work 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, along with participating in an out-of-hours rota for escalations and advice, for which you will receive additional payments.
