The People Solutions Analyst is responsible for administering employee leave of absence programs, managing reasonable adjustments including flexible work programs in some countries and handling end to end severance operations. This individual will partner with stakeholders across these areas to foster continuous improvement and deliver a seamless and consistent employee experience.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
