A government department in the UK is looking for an HR Change Management professional to support HR initiatives. The role involves delivering strategic change, managing relationships with stakeholders, and conducting progress analysis. Candidates must have experience in HR and change management along with strong interpersonal skills. Some travel within the UK is required.
As part of the Programme and Change CoE you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR change initiatives across the breadth of the organisation.
This role requires a blend of change management, HR and project management skills. You will act as the link between operational stakeholders, project teams, Defence Business Services and other HR functional CoEs – ensuring that change initiatives are effectively implemented and embed a culture of inclusivity.
This is a high-impact, collaborative position that spans the wholeforce requiring a One Defence mindset and a commitment to delivering strategic and operational HR transformation.
This position has line management responsibilities
