Overview

As part of the Programme and Change CoE you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR change initiatives across the breadth of the organisation.

This role requires a blend of change management, HR and project management skills. You will act as the link between operational stakeholders, project teams, Defence Business Services and other HR functional CoEs – ensuring that change initiatives are effectively implemented and embed a culture of inclusivity.

This is a high-impact, collaborative position that spans the wholeforce requiring a One Defence mindset and a commitment to delivering strategic and operational HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver People Change and HR change interventions: Support design and delivery of HR projects from planning through to implementation to support delivery of HR strategic goals, working inclusively to support ED&I considerations.
  • Support fostering positive and engaging relationships with business leaders by engaging with and leveraging a network of relationships with key stakeholders from across CSOC, MoD, OGDs and SMEs; to understand their needs, help tailor messaging and address concerns
  • Conduct analysis and build insight by developing and tracking metrics to understand progress towards strategic aims and the impact of people projects across CSOC.
  • Support delivery: Support a wide variety of customers to help them successfully deliver people change initiatives in their business area.

This position has line management responsibilities
