A notable charity organization based in the UK is seeking a People Partner to improve the employee experience and provide advice to senior leaders. This full-time, permanent role involves building relationships, supporting organizational priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement in people practices. We are now looking for a People Partner to join our People team and work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation. This role is offered on a full‑time, permanent basis. We are flexible with regards to the location of this role, but you may need to travel to various locations across England, Wales, and NI as and when needed.
As a People Partner, you will provide pragmatic, trusted people advice and support to leaders, helping them navigate a wide range of people matters while ensuring an exceptional colleague experience. You will build strong relationships across directorates, influence with confidence, and ensure our values are reflected in how we work every day.
You will work collaboratively with the wider People Leadership team and People Directorate, supporting organisational priorities and contributing to continuous improvement across our people practices.
Experience within social care and/or working with people with a learning disability is welcomed but not essential.
