We are searching for an experienced People Operations Team Coordinator – 12-month FTC.

We are looking for a People Operations Team Coordinator to join RSM UK in our Gatwick office on a 12-month FTC. Our People Operations Team Coordinators keep our key HR processes and people administration work moving day to day and our systems in great shape, supporting the lifecycle of our employees at RSM.

This is an important role for our team where you will have plenty of scope to make an impact.

You’ll make an impact by :
  • Producing and issuing letters relating to any changes during the employee lifecycle such as family leave, promotions, reward, secondments and changes to terms and conditions
  • Ensuring employee electronic records are accurate, complete and up to date
  • Having full responsibility and management of the employee leaver process

  • Ability to prioritise work tasks effectively based on urgency and importance
  • Strong administration and organisation skills

  • Experience of working within an HR department, providing first line HR advice and support is desirable
