A dynamic HR services provider in Bristol seeks a proactive People Operations Manager to drive HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role involves leading HR workflows and ensuring compliance in international operations. The ideal candidate has extensive People Operations experience, strong Excel skills, and a strategic approach to process design. People Operations Manager We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Manager to drive the delivery of high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role blends hands-on administration with strategic coordination, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and continuous improvement across global operations.
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Operations, you’ll work closely with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Finance. You’ll manage a People Operations Advisor whilst also supporting teams in Poland and Taiwan. With future global expansion planned over the next 12 months there is plenty of opportunity for growth and development.
We’ll bring solid People Operations (shared services) experience, ideally from a tech or engineering environment. You’re confident managing workflows across multiple stakeholders and regions, and skilled in Excel and HR systems. Strong organisational skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to process design, are essential.
Experience with international HR operations; Familiarity with visa and contractor management, and a solid understanding of HR compliance and policy cycles would all be useful skills to have.
This is a full-time permanent role based at the head office in Bristol. They offer a hybrid working pattern and an excellent benefits package.
