Complaints Handler – Harlow
- Manage the generic inboxes, responding to HR-related queries on behalf of the division.
- Assist in processing honorary contracts, clinical attachments, and visa extensions.
- Respond to reference requests and produce confirmation of employment letters.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and documents are accurately filed.
- Support the team in investigating and resolving payroll and other HR-related queries.
- Contribute to training sessions and keep up to date with mandatory training.
Learning & Development
- In-depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

Qualifications & Experience
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to queries politely and professionally.
- Experience with systems such as Trac, ESR, or similar HR systems desirable.
- Evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

People Hub Advisor – KAO Park, London Rd, Harlow
- Administer employment checks, including Right to Work, identification checks, and DBS checks.
- Use systems such as Trac, DBS, ESR, and UK Visas & Immigration Sponsorship Management System to maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide first-line support for queries related to leave, pay, and people.

Contract Details
Pay and Duration: £13.07 per hour, placement expected to last up to 6 months; 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00‑16:00 or 9:00‑17:00.
