A fast-growing SaaS company in the UK is seeking a People Business Partner to drive its regional People strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders to enhance organizational processes and support global expansion. This hybrid position requires frequent collaboration and will involve occasional travel. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in a similar role, along with a deep understanding of EMEA labor laws.

As the first EMEA People Business Partner at AuditBoard, you will have the unique opportunity to build the foundation for our People strategy in the region. This role is a perfect fit for a proactive and resourceful individual who is excited to help drive the company\'s global expansion by building new processes from the ground up while also serving as a key partner and coach to leaders and employees across every department.
Please note: This is a hybrid position based in London and will require travel to the office two times per week. There will also be occasional business travel for meetings.
