We are seeking a People and Culture Administrator (Band 3) to join our Business Partnering Team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. This role is key to providing high-quality administrative support across our People and Culture function, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes and excellent service to our stakeholders.
You will be the first point of contact for routine HR queries, support formal hearings and appeals, and maintain accurate records and HR systems. If you are organised, digitally confident, and passionate about supporting people‑focused services, we would love to hear from you.
