The People Analytics team partners across the People & Places organization and business to uncover data‑driven insights that inform how we attract, engage, and grow talent globally. We turn complex data into actionable stories that spark smarter, more human decisions.
As a People Analytics Manager you’ll serve as a hands‑on business intelligence expert and a strategic thought partner. You’ll lead complex analytical projects from concept to delivery, helping the business forecast future trends, measure program impact, and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across our organization. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our data infrastructure, ensuring that our people data is accessible, trusted, and insightful.
