An educational institution in Weymouth is looking for a People Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract. We have an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. We’re flexible and invite applications from candidates who can work a minimum of 22.5 hours per week with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday as core days. At Coastland College, we’re looking for someone who brings empathy and expertise to advise, support and empower our people, helping to shape a culture where everyone can be their best. The role includes leading on complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness cases, with specialist knowledge in areas such as Reward and Learning & Development being advantageous. The role covers strategic partnership, staff development, compliance and employee engagement, offering variety and real job satisfaction.
