A leading professional services firm in Birmingham is seeking an experienced People Advisor with 3+ years in a generalist HR role. The role involves advising on HR policies, managing performance processes, and supporting stakeholders on employee relations. Key responsibilities include conducting investigations for grievances, managing annual salary reviews, and providing coaching to managers. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the HR function, focusing on employee wellbeing and development.

You will also work closely with the Senior People Advisor and People Advisory Manager to strategically support your service line and area of the business, working on engagement, sense of belonging, wellbeing, diversity & inclusion initiatives. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the National People Team function with the opportunity to work on wider service line or national groups. You will work closely with other People Advisors and have access to a People Assistant as well as other specialist functions within the people team including POT, reward, D&I and wellbeing. The remit of the role will focus on proactive people support and advice to your client groups, including completion of the annual bonus and salary review processes, dealing with employee relations issues as they arise, providing wellbeing and absence management support, provision of management information/analysis and delivery of service line initiatives.
