Job title: Pensions Professional Support Lawyer – Location: Reading – Salary: Competitive – PQE Level: 5+ PQE – Contract Type: Permanent

A leading national law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer or Senior Knowledge Lawyer to provide dedicated support to its highly regarded Pensions team.

The Pensions team advises employers, trustees and public bodies across the full spectrum of pensions law, including defined benefit, defined contribution and public sector schemes. Its work spans risk reduction and risk transfer exercises, PPF and insolvency‑related matters, corporate transactions, scheme mergers, restructurings, wind‑ups and emerging DC arrangements, as well as supporting complex pensions litigation.

The successful candidate will play a central role in developing and delivering high‑quality knowledge support. Responsibilities include monitoring legal and regulatory developments, producing clear internal updates, coordinating and delivering training, maintaining precedents, preparing client publications and supporting responses to consultations.
