A leading financial services provider is seeking a Product Analyst to participate in product simplification initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Life and Pension products, proven experience in product management, and excellent analytical skills. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package including bonuses and benefits.
We have an incredible opportunity as a Product Analyst to join our Product Simplification team as Phoenix starts its journey on a long-term programme of work to simplify our product estate and benefit both customers and shareholders.
Location and flexible working: Edinburgh, Telford or Wythall (Birmingham). All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. Phoenix is starting its journey on a long-term programme of work to simplify our product estate and benefit both customers and shareholders. You will play an important role across the Product Simplification Programme through involvement in the development, documentation and approval of product simplification proposals from inception to implementation and be responsible for understanding the current product landscape, customer needs and business needs to help inform the impact of any policy simplification.
You will be working with a Product Manager and others within one of the workstreams, to analyse and document requirements, ensuring appropriate product knowledge has been sourced to inform product simplification proposals or alternative customer treatment strategies. Along with being involved in the value assessment analysis in relation to the proposed simplifications, from both a customer and shareholder perspective, working closely with the value assessment tool and team.
