A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Optometrist to join their team, primarily working with paediatric patients. The role involves providing multi-disciplinary clinics alongside consultant Ophthalmologists and offers the chance to expand into medical contact lenses. Essential qualifications include a BSc in Optometry and current GOC Registration. Competitive salary range is £38,682 to £46,580 per annum, pro rata.

Qualifications

• Current GOC Registration is essential.
• Experience in paediatric refraction is required.
• Willingness to undertake additional training if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-disciplinary clinics with a consultant Paediatric Ophthalmologist.
• Conduct paediatric optometry reviews (refractive clinics).
• Work collaboratively in a clinic with an Orthoptist.
