Are you a highly skilled Primary Care Pharmacist looking for a role that combines flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to make a real impact on patient care? This hybrid position gives you the best of both worlds: on‑site clinical practice (1‑2 days per week) and remote working, allowing you to maximise your expertise while maintaining work‑life balance.
You’ll join a forward‑thinking primary care network, helping to deliver structured medication reviews (SMRs) and support long‑term condition management – a perfect role for pharmacists who thrive in autonomy, enjoy problem‑solving, and love making a difference in patient outcomes.
The clinical pharmacist will work remotely within their clinical competencies to provide expert support in medicines management across GP practices and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). The postholder will have substantial primary care experience and be confident working autonomously, demonstrating clinical excellence and supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and high‑quality patient care. By delivering consistent, high‑standard clinics, they will help maintain strong relationships and demonstrate value to both customers and patients, contributing to the reputation and growth of the service.
The pharmacist will support colleagues where appropriate, share best practice, and provide clinical input or guidance where needed. They will collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other Allied Health Professionals to improve outcomes from medicines and promote a patient‑centred approach to care.
If you meet the requirements and are excited by this opportunity to work flexibly while making a real impact on patient care, we’d love to hear from you – apply today through DNA Recruitment.
