Job summary

A progressive recruitment agency is looking for an experienced PCB Technician in Ferndown. The role offers a 4-day work week, where you will be responsible for a range of PCB assembly tasks, prototype building, and product quality inspections. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of electronics manufacturing experience and relevant IPC certifications. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
  • Skilled in rework and modifications with IPC certifications.
  • Ability to complete prototype builds independently.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a wide range of PCB assembly tasks to meet standards.
  • Perform rework and modifications on assemblies.
  • Build prototypes and provide feedback to improve instructions.
  • Inspect product quality to IPC standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
