The role involves managing payroll for over 1000 employees weekly and monthly, with key responsibilities including processing starters and leavers, calculating holiday pay and national insurance, and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation. You will be working as part of a dynamic payroll function which is responsible for taking ownership of weekly and month payrolls from start to finish for 1000+ employees.
