About the role
As a Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality compensation and benefits services across France, the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, compliance, and continuous improvement in HR operations.
You’ll manage payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with local legislation. You’ll also support audits, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless Total Rewards services.
About you
You bring strong experience in HR operations and a passion for delivering accurate, compliant, and employee-focused Total Rewards services. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
You will also bring:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
Experience with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Protime, and ServiceNow
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in France, UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
Proficiency in English, with additional fluency in French and Dutch
A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
