This presents an excellent prospect for a Payroll Administrator seeking a permanent position.

Do you possess the qualifications for this role?

While experience with Sage Payroll and/or Bright Pay would be advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.

What will your responsibilities entail?

As a key member reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 300 clients, ranging from Director-only setups to those with up to 50 employees, with most on a monthly pay frequency. Your main duties will include:

  • Overseeing payrolls, ensuring accurate processing within specified timeframes
  • Submitting CIS returns for Contractors
  • Facilitating CIS refunds for clients
  • Inputting and maintaining precise data on payroll software
  • Managing Auto Enrolment tasks and preparing client information
  • Drafting emails for clients, communicating PAYE liabilities, and addressing other payroll-related matters
  • Handling interactions with external agencies such as HMRC
  • Addressing internal and client queries
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of PAYE and NIC legislation
