Your Role at a Glance

As a Pawnbroking Appraiser, you’ll play a vital part in the customer experience and valuation process. Your main responsibilities will include :

• Providing outstanding customer service in‑store, over the phone, and via email.
• Appraising luxury items including jewellery, watches, handbags, and other valuables.
• Engaging in the retail sales of high‑end pre‑loved items.
• Staying ahead of market trends in both pawnbroking and luxury retail.
• Keeping a keen eye on local competitors and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
