Overview

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? We have vacancies to join Surgical wards at York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking to recruit dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work in an exciting new role, as a Patient Services Assistant (PSA).

The PSA has a direct role in working closely with the healthcare staff to facilitate a number of ward processes and tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare bed spaces for admissions.
  • Assist patients with menu completion.
  • Assist with feeding patients and administering patient drinks, amongst other tasks.
