A leading healthcare provider in Coventry is seeking a part-time Patient Flow Coordinator within Interventional Radiology. An exciting opportunity has arisen within Interventional Radiology. To provide administrative and clerical support to the fluoroscopy & Interventional Radiology Suite, taking the responsibility for efficient flow of scheduled and emergency lists with the ultimate aim of effective and timely patient care.

To ensure the effective organisation of all patients under the care of our consultants in accordance with Local and National policy and targets.
To assist with the implementation and maintain an efficient office management system/procedures to enable the Department to optimise their standards of service.
Deal with all telephone calls, ensuring all calls are dealt with in a polite, pleasant and professional manner.
Maintain high quality standards by ensuring that the data entered onto Trust systems is accurate, complete and up to date. Systems include EPR Revenue Cycle, E-Referrals, Powerchart, Capman and Appointment book.
