As Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Pastry Chef in leading the pastry section, developing menus, training junior team members, and ensuring that every sweet creation exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen
  • Assist in the creation, development, and execution of innovative dessert menus
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen assistants
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards across the section
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage control for pastry ingredients
