Job summary

A local secondary school in Carshalton is seeking a dedicated staff member to support students, particularly those diagnosed with Autism. Qualifications

  • Experience working with students diagnosed with Autism or relevant experience with secondary-age children.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and student well-being.
  • Will be required to undertake a criminal record check via DBS.

Overview

We want to appoint a member of staff who is committed to supporting students to achieve their best. You should have experience of working with students with a diagnosis of Autism or other relevant experience of working with secondary‑age children. You will be working closely with our very experienced Horizon Pastoral Manager, and other leaders in the base, to support students' personal development, behaviour and well‑being, as well as to ensure high quality liaison with parents/carers.
