A leading educational support company in Newham seeks a Pastoral Support Worker to help secondary students with behaviour and emotional wellbeing. The role includes working closely with teachers and supporting students in small groups or one-on-one settings. Ideal candidates will be calm, patient, and experienced in trauma-informed approaches.
