Job summary

A premier educational institution in Burnley is seeking a Pastoral Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with students, focusing on enhancing their motivation, wellbeing, and behavior. Qualifications

• Good general education with Literacy/Numeracy qualification to at least Level 2, or commitment to complete within first year of employment.

Pastoral Mentor

Burnley College Sixth Form Centre is looking for a Pastoral Mentor who will work primarily on a 1:1 basis with students to deliver mentoring sessions and provide targeted, solution focused, task centred support to improve student motivation, wellbeing and behaviour.

Burnley College Sixth Form Centre is located in the heart of Pennine Lancashire and is the country's Number One College, providing first-class Further Education, University Education, Apprenticeship, business training and adult learning programmes.
