A premier educational institution in Burnley is seeking a Pastoral Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with students, focusing on enhancing their motivation, wellbeing, and behavior. Burnley College Sixth Form Centre is looking for a Pastoral Mentor who will work primarily on a 1:1 basis with students to deliver mentoring sessions and provide targeted, solution focused, task centred support to improve student motivation, wellbeing and behaviour.
Burnley College Sixth Form Centre is located in the heart of Pennine Lancashire and is the country's Number One College, providing first-class Further Education, University Education, Apprenticeship, business training and adult learning programmes.
The salary for this post is up to £27,128 pro rata.
Employment at the College is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check via the Disclosure and Barring Service and any post involving regulated activity will also be subject to an additional barred list check.
