About the Role
  • Take a strategic lead on behaviour management across the setting.
  • Manage and develop a team of pastoral staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
  • Implement and monitor behaviour policies and interventions.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff, and external agencies to promote student wellbeing and engagement.
  • Analyse behaviour data to inform practice and drive improvement.
