Post: Pastoral Lead

Working Pattern: 4 Days per Week, 29.75 Hours per Week, term time plus 2 weeks

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy New Oak to give pastoral support to the children in our school. We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Lead to champion the wellbeing, safeguarding, and personal development of our pupils, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child feels supported and able to thrive.

The successful candidate will bring strong relationship‑building skills, a calm and nurturing approach, and the confidence to have a hands‑on approach to behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding across the academy.
