Job summary

A leading automotive parts provider in Long Eaton is seeking a proactive individual to work on the front counter, serving retail and trade customers. The role involves building rapport with customers, promoting offers, and occasionally assisting in the warehouse. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a parts advisor or relevant skills from the motor trade, but training will be provided. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on the front counter. Answering inbound calls and serving both the retail and trade.
  • Building long-term rapport with local customers.
  • Actively promote offers & customer incentives.

We are looking for someone with previous experience working as a parts advisor or other relevant experience within the motor trade. However, if you have a good understanding of cars & the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.

You should be proactive; sales driven and maintain an outstanding level of service. You must have excellent communication & organisational skills while working well in a fast-paced environment. There will also be occasional times you are required to assist in the warehouse either picking or putting away products. Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
