Responsibilities
  • Work on the front counter, answering inbound calls and serving both retail and trade customers.
  • Build long‑term rapport with local customers.
  • Actively promote offers and customer incentives. We are looking for someone with previous experience as a parts advisor or other relevant motor trade experience. If you have a good understanding of cars and the ability to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.
  • Proactively drive sales while maintaining an outstanding level of service.
  • Assist in the warehouse occasionally, picking or putting away products.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the local area and customer base is a distinct advantage.
