A leading finance company in the UK is seeking a Broker Partnerships Manager to manage and grow their broker network. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years' experience in B2B partnerships or account management, coupled with strong commercial instincts in the SME lending sector. This role involves ensuring high-quality deal flow, providing partner support and education, and contributing to strategic decisions within the organization. MCL is hiring a Broker Partnerships Manager to own and grow our broker and partner network. You’ll be reporting directly into the Head of Partnerships and working closely with our underwriting, product, and operations teams.
