*Succession opportunity* - outstanding opening for either a junior partner or senior associate looking for immediate partnership to work directly alongside the head of the construction team in mid-tier success story. Essentially a succession role whereby you'll take over an thriving caseload of mainly non-contentious construction work in a couple of years. The construction offering supports the very impressive real estate department on a host of commercial developments in London and the regions with values up to c£100m. You'll be well-versed in collateral warranties, bonds, etc and familiar with clients who are developing or funding commercial projects and working on property related transactions and commercial agreements. Expertise in the energy and utilities sectors would be a bonus.

Responsibilities
