Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team laser focused on achieving the best results and driving the business forward.

Your mission is to drive our partner growth strategy by managing a portfolio of partners and maximising the revenue they make through our platform.

You will own the relationship with the partner and be the focal point for their interaction across the organisation and will be fully focused on four key areas:

  • Relationship building: building trust through regular calls, visits and communication. You’ll be comfortable speaking to people at all levels - discussing sales strategies with C level directors, or solving logistics issues with operations teams.
  • Commercial acumen: driving key activities to increase revenues. Identifying strategies and promotions, proactively identifying business levers, negotiating and creating value for our partners.
  • Problem solving: implementing solutions and processes to reduce friction, assist with support and service issues.
  • Build and develop processes: define the role and how we do this, build processes that can be rolled out to future Partner Managers, share best practice with the team and the broader business.
Key responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with your partners by upselling and cross selling new markets, new products and collaboration opportunities.
  • Regional Champion: you will also be assigned ownership of a sales region to help provide the regional commercial team with a key point of contact in ensuring they have everything they need to drive success in the region.
  • To lead in-depth Monthly / Quarterly performance reporting, QBR's, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy / focus points to your partners.
  • To ensure educated delivery of both marketing and technical documentation.
  • Own and continually develop core operational processes to help drive the evolution of the team and the partner business.
  • Broaden existing third-party relations by improving the volume of business transacted through income from this partnership.
  • Develop and deliver business plans for assigned Partners in line with Annual Targets.
  • Be the primary lead for partner contracts (renewals and new business), operational risk, and best practice guidelines per company guidelines.
  • Regular Travel to meet partners and attend trade shows
  • To handle and prioritize partners’ daily issues in conjunction with internal support functions.
  • Representing L&W to your assigned partners and take ownership.
  • Lead the road-mapping of the content delivered by third parties.
  • Monitor and review and resolve any conflicts of interest and develop mutually profitable relationships.
  • Ensure that appropriate Governance and Audit arrangements are in place and operated effectively with each Third Party.
Qualifications

Experience Required :

  • A passion for online gaming with a strong network.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team is essential.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience using Power BI or similar data analysis tools to understand and identify performance trends hugely advantageous.
  • Experience in similar roles in the gaming industry or similar technology based high growth industries, is highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of aggregation in the gaming industry highly advantageous.
  • A infectious personality that can captivate an audience and excite them about new products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders in a global organisation.
  • Understanding of contracts and legal agreements in the gaming industry.
  • Experience working with sales and commercial teams to drive results and targets.
