Weddings and Events Supervisor - Part Time
Creating WOW Experiences

To supervise the Food and Beverage operations within the venue in full compliance with Mulberry Retreat and Leisure Ltd’s standards. To work as part of a team and to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience our wedding couples, event hosts and guests.

  • To ensure that expectations are always exceeded in all areas of F&B, Weddings and Events.
  • Leading from the front by running and overseeing weddings and events. Remaining hands on within this busy food and beverage operation.
  • Oversee with bar team, Canapes reception, drinks, service, speeches, room turnaround, evening reception and close down of function and event spaces.
  • To support the Supervisors, Wedding co-ordinators, Head Chef and F&B Manager in their absence to ensure that all areas of F&B remain consistent.
  • To ensure that all weddings and events are run to our agreed standards.
  • Coordinate with chefs, decorators, entertainment providers, florists, and other vendors.
  • Supervise event set-up, execution, and breakdown.
  • Support on the bar when needed during busy operation times.
  • To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
