Part-Time Support Worker – Make a Real Difference Every Day!

Twilight shift – 17.5 hrs – Between 7pm and 12pm

Are you the kind of person who naturally supports others? Have you cared for a friend or family member with a mental health diagnosis? Recently retired from nursing and missing the reward that comes from helping people thrive?

Beck House in Chester is looking for compassionate, down-to-earth people to join our dedicated team. Experience in formal care is welcome — but not essential. What matters most is your empathy, your patience, and your commitment to supporting adults on their mental health journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Offering emotional and practical support to individuals with mental health needs
