Qualifications

• Previous experience in a scheme management role, especially in sheltered housing.
• Understanding of tenant management for older adults.
• Effective communication skills to handle complaints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily welfare checks to residents.
• Facilitate property lettings and tenant communication.
• Conduct health and safety checks of properties.
• Monitor tenant rent accounts and address arrears.
• Handle complaints regarding anti-social behaviour.
