Part-Time SEN Teacher – KS3/KS4 (Autism) | Location: Sutton | Days: Wednesday – Friday (3 days per week) – ASAP Start Date | Contract: Part-Time 3 days a week | Long-Term

Pay: M1 - M6 | PAYE (no umbrella of hidden fees/deductions)

Parker Smith Inclusion is proud to represent a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking specialist setting catering to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, teaching a class of primarily Autistic pupils.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher to join this remarkable school community on a part-time basis (Wednesday to Friday).

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to meet the complex needs of students with Autism.
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and senior leaders.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
  • Use creativity and compassion to support students’ holistic development and independence.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working with students with Autism, SLD and other SEND needs, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision.
  • Strong understanding of EHCPs, differentiated planning, and multi-sensory approaches.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
