A professional services firm is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join their Facilities team. This role involves managing reception, welcoming clients and visitors, and supporting reception services as required. Candidates must possess strong communication abilities, be professional, and have a good command of Microsoft Office. Flexibility to travel between locations is necessary. Hours will be two or three full days a week, with Monday required.
Location: Reading (with travel to Henley & Wokingham as required)
Salary: 25,000- 26,000 (pro rata)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their Facilities team.
This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping to deliver a professional and welcoming experience.
Managing reception and welcoming clients and visitors
Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining front-of-house areas
Handling post, documents and general administration
Supporting reception and facilities services as needed
Friendly, professional and customer-focused
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office
Flexible and able to travel to Henley and Wokingham when required
Please note: Candidates must be available to work on Mondays and be able to commute between offices when needed.
