Part-Time Primary Teacher - Warrington

Working Days: Monday & Wednesday

Location: Warrington Contract: Part-time, Long-term Phase: Key Stage 1 Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible

Are you a creative and enthusiastic KS1 Primary Teacher looking for a part-time role that offers real impact and a supportive working environment? We are working with a warm and inclusive Warrington primary school who are seeking a teacher to inspire and nurture pupils in their early years of learning.

The school is proud of its strong community links, dedicated leadership team and child-centred ethos. Staff collaborate closely to provide a balanced curriculum that blends academic rigour with creativity, outdoor learning and personal development.

What the Role Involves

This Part-time Primary Teacher role (2 days per week) will see you:

  • Taking responsibility for a KS1 class, delivering engaging lessons that spark curiosity and develop key literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Using a variety of teaching approaches to support different learning styles and needs, including pupils with additional support requirements.
  • Creating a classroom environment that is stimulating, inclusive and encourages independence.
  • Tracking progress carefully and using assessment to inform planning and stretch learners of all abilities.
  • Working in partnership with teaching assistants, SEN staff and parents to ensure every child feels valued and makes progress.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with recent experience in KS1.
  • Someone with a passion for early education who understands the importance of both academic and social development at this stage.
  • An engaging communicator who can motivate pupils and build strong relationships with families.
  • A reflective practitioner who embraces teamwork and contributes positively to school life.
