In this ongoing temporary position, you'll work closely with a busy business owner, offering crucial organisational, administrative, and project‑focused support. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Experience liaising with councils or government bodies is extremely beneficial, and you should feel confident completing research tasks, such as understanding how to set up an employee pension scheme.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Diary & Email Management: Coordinate appointments, prioritise actions, and maintain smooth communication.
  • Administrative Support: Manage documents, handle online filing, and organise day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Research Tasks: Support the owner with research into pensions, health insurance, and other operational needs.
  • Council & Government Liaison: Assist with property‑related admin, liaising with councils, and processing Land Registry submissions.
  • Property Administration: Contribute to rental property oversight and property development work.
  • General Support: Take on ad hoc tasks to reduce pressure on the owner and keep projects moving.
