A leading consultancy firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Growth Operations & LinkedIn Sales Admin Assistant. This fully remote position offers 10-15 hours per week at a rate of £12-£15 per hour plus holiday pay. The role focuses on managing LinkedIn prospecting, CRM hygiene, and structured pipeline preparation. Prior experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and automation tools is essential. Ideal candidates will have a background in sales support or operations, ensuring professionalism and precision in their work.
We are working with a Founder led partnerships and strategy consultancy operating across brands, culture, music, sport, and entertainment. They are seeking a detail oriented, process driven Growth Operations & LinkedIn Sales Admin Assistant to support the build and management of a high quality opportunity pipeline. This is a backend operational role focused on precision, CRM hygiene, and structured distribution support, not a creative, marketing, or sales role.
The role will primarily support a LinkedIn based distribution and referral network across entertainment, talent representatives, media owners, and non competitive intermediaries. Responsibilities include building daily LinkedIn prospect lists, running automated outreach campaigns, processing accepted connections, accurately tagging and routing contacts in the CRM, and escalating only high-intent responses to the founder. There will also be a secondary focus on supporting the background growth of a senior brand side network for long term awareness and relationship development.
Ahead of the January ‘go live’, there will be a short setup phase focused on cleaning and organising existing LinkedIn and CRM data and preparing a clear, structured pipeline. The role will involve regular use of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred), a LinkedIn automation tool such as Dripify, Pipedrive, and Asana. The position does not involve social media posting, pitching, selling, meeting booking, pricing, proposals, or creative or strategic work.
It is essential you have strong LinkedIn experience, including Sales Navigator, prior CRM experience (ideally Pipedrive), and familiarity with automation tools. A highly process-driven and detail-focused approach is essential, as is comfort working to clear SOPs and producing clean, professional written English for simple administrative communication.
The role will suit individuals from sales support or operational backgrounds such as recruitment or resourcing, talent agency support, estate agency or lettings, SaaS sales support, lead generation, CRM administration, or media and advertising sales administration.
The position is fully remote, offering 10 15 hours per week. The rate is £12 - £15 per hour plus holiday pay. The role will begin with an initial test phase, with the potential to extend if successful.
